Shipping:

Priority Shipping (USPS)- $5.00 (2 business days)

Overnight Shipping (USPS)- $27.00 (next business day)

In-Store Pickup (local customers only)

 

Orders are processed Monday – Friday.  Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless overnight shipping applies).   Overnight Shipping orders are shipped same day if order is placed before 2pm CST and next business day if placed after 2pm CST.  In-store pickup orders are for local customers ONLY and must be picked up within a week of purchase.  Out of state orders that choose in-store pickup will NOT be shipped until proper shipping charges are paid.  Times may differ according to the availability of merchandise, in which case we will let you know upon processing. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service.

 

Returns:

You are able to return items within 14 days from the day of purchase or once your purchase is received, if shipped. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags. You must also have original receipt upon return and you will be issued store credit for the full amount of purchase returned.  We have changed our policy and we NO LONGER refund RETURN shipping charges (as of 4/29/14). Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your return is processed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
